Description
This ocean explorer balloon set has eight foil balloons for an underwater-themed birthday party: four large character shapes (a polar bear captain, a pirate cat, a penguin and a rabbit, all in explorer uniforms) and four round 18-inch foils.
Float them with helium for a bouquet, or fill with air and tape them to walls and tables for an under-the-sea backdrop.
