Description
This building block advent calendar has 24 doors and 29 blocky mini figures to build, so kids open a new figure set every day from 1 December and finish Christmas Eve with a whole collection. The photos show square-headed characters, farm and forest animals, skeletons, zombies, a spider, a large grey giant and accessories such as swords, bows, a pickaxe and a TNT block.
It suits kids who love building bricks and blocky video-game worlds. Each door holds bagged pieces that snap together into a figure or accessory, which makes the countdown a small daily building job rather than a chocolate. Once Christmas is over, the figures carry on as play sets, desk displays or additions to an existing brick collection.

Who Is a Building Block Advent Calendar For?
It is a good fit for school-age kids who already play with building bricks or blocky building games, and for brothers and sisters who want to share one countdown. Younger children can open the doors with help, but the pieces are small, so an adult should keep them away from toddlers.
When Should You Start It?
Open door 1 on 1 December and the last door on 24 December. Give it in the last week of November so it is ready to go.
Care and Safety
Open each bag over a table or tray so pieces do not roll away. Keep loose pieces, bags and accessories away from children under 3, and store the finished figures in the box after play.
