Description
This kids Christmas costume turns your child into a cheeky green grump in a Santa suit: a red jacket with fluffy white trim, bright green pants, furry green gloves, a Santa hat, a black belt and red foot covers. Choose the 6 piece set or the 7 piece set with a green face mask, in sizes for children 110 to 150 cm tall.
It is a favourite for school Christmas concerts, Christmas parties and Book Week, because it is instantly recognisable and goes on over a T-shirt and shorts. The jacket opens down the front, the pants have an elastic waist, and the foot covers slip over school shoes, so there is nothing fiddly to dress. The mask and the hat are also sold on their own if you only need the finishing touch.

-
Easy to dress - front-opening jacket and elastic-waist pants.
-

-
Christmas and Book Week - one costume for the concert, the party and the parade.
Fabric & Care
The jacket is a soft velour-style fabric with plush white trim, and the pants and gloves are a bright green plush. The mask is a moulded face mask with an elastic strap.
Hand wash cold and dry flat in the shade. Do not iron the plush trim. Please allow a 1-3 cm variance in measurements.
Christmas and Book Week Styling Ideas
The grumpy green character who tries to steal Christmas is one of the best-known figures in children's Christmas stories, which makes this costume a natural pick for a Christmas-themed Book Week or a class reading of a holiday picture book.
Add red or black school shoes under the foot covers, a sack of wrapped empty boxes as a prop, and a scowl. For a group, pair it with a little girl in a pink nightie and pigtails, or a dog with a single antler headband.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the 6 piece set include?
Jacket, pants, foot covers, belt, Santa hat and furry gloves. The 7 piece set adds the mask.
How does the costume fit?
It is a slim fit. Go up a size if your child is between sizes or wants to layer underneath.
Can I buy the mask or hat separately?
Yes. Choose Mask Only or Hat Only, both one size.
Is it hot to wear?
The jacket and pants are plush, so for a hot December concert wear just a singlet underneath.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas or Book Week?
Orders ship from Sydney on business days, and most metro deliveries arrive within a few business days. For Christmas concerts, order by late November; for Book Week, order in July.
