Description
These calico bags are natural cotton drawstring bags with a double cord that pulls closed from both sides. Choose from 8 plain sizes, from a tiny 8 x 10 cm favour pouch to a roomy 20 x 30 cm bag, plus a 10 x 15 cm bag printed with "thank you for being awesome". Packs of 10, 20, 50 or 100 make them easy to buy in bulk.
Calico drawstring bags are a reusable, plastic-free way to wrap small gifts, hand out party and wedding favours, package handmade soap and jewellery, or sort small items around the house. The plain fabric is easy to stamp, paint or label for markets and events.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size calico bag should I choose?
Measure the item and pick a bag at least 2 to 3 cm wider and longer so the drawstring can close. All sizes are approximate.
Can I print or paint on them?
Yes. The plain fabric suits stamps, fabric paint, iron-on transfers and markers. Test first, as results vary by method.
Can I store food in them?
The fabric is not certified for food contact, so keep food in its own packaging inside the bag.
Are they reusable?
Yes. Hand wash cold and dry flat. Cotton can shrink slightly when washed.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders ship from Sydney on business days, and most metro deliveries arrive within a few business days. Order by early December to be safe for Christmas.
