How to cook before use
The new cast iron pan must be boiled! Specific steps are as follows:
1. First clean the new pot thoroughly, and then bake it over medium heat to ensure that there is no moisture in the pot before turning to low heat.
2. Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil, pick up a piece of paper towel with tachyon or clip, dip the paper towel into some of the edible oil,
3. Evenly spread the cooking oil on each corner of the pot, repeat several times (be careful of hot hands), for 3-5 minutes, (if possible, it is recommended to use pigskin to make the above steps)
4. Wait for the pot to cool naturally, and it can be used normally after boiling.
(The boiling process can be repeated, generally 2-3 times are good, each time is about 3-5 minutes)
