Description

This foot ice pack sock has soft reusable gel built into a stretchy sock, so cold or warmth wraps around the whole foot and ankle at once. Chill it in the freezer for a cold pack, or warm it briefly in the microwave for a warm pack.

An adjustable strap around the ankle holds it snugly in place, so you can sit back and rest without holding an ice pack. It's reusable over and over.
