These sleep headphones are a soft, stretchy headband with two ultra-thin Bluetooth 5.0 speakers sewn inside. Pull it over your eyes as a sleep mask, wear it over your ears in bed, or use it as a sports headband for running and the gym. It is rechargeable and comes in grey or black.
Because the speakers are flat and padded, there are no earbuds to dig in or fall out, so side sleepers can listen to music, podcasts or white noise in comfort. The control panel sits at the front of the band, away from your ears.

How to Wash It
Push the control panel out through the inner pocket, slide the two speakers out of the band, then hand wash or machine wash the fabric on a gentle cycle. Let it dry fully before putting the electronics back in.
